2010 Amercian Dream Housing Fund Auction
CDG will erect a cape cod style home with two-car garage on Lot #11 at Whisper Ridge Drive in Patton Township. The home for auction will be identical to the cape cod home currently being completed at 175 Whisper Ridge Drive. This home is available for review on-line under MLS # 30181. It will be available for inspection during open houses on Sunday, February 21st from 1 -3 p.m. and the day of the auction Feb. 26th, from noon to 2 p.m. The plans and specifications for the home will be available for review at the offices of CCAR this week. Realtors with buyer clients will receive commissions for assisting in the showing and sale of the auction home.
